We have an exciting role for a Creative Artworker to create original artwork in both digital and print, showcasing a creative approach to design with a strong focus on quality. The role encompasses dual formats but with a strong lean towards digital.

As a valued part of our creative team, you will play a crucial role as a guardian of both quality and brand, ensuring that the creative vision of the team is realised alongside excellent standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

You’ll be a strong Artworker, confident across digital and print formats and projects

Working across a range of projects/campaigns to include, advertising, branding and marketing, you’ll need to be able to adapt and react to feedback positively. You will be responsible for artwork which could be used in digital or print formats, web assets, and Microsoft templates.

You’ll have a passion for creative thinking and seek the opportunity to utilise your design skills

As a creative agency we’ll be looking for you to demonstrate design flair as well as being able to take guidance from art directors and designers. You are also comfortable putting forward your own ideas and working with more open briefs will be critical.

Working alongside all areas of the agency – from design to account management to project management, bringing ideas to life and ensuring creative intention is realised by helping to produce the best possible work.

Flexible and comfortable with change, you’ll be able to work under pressure when required with quick turnarounds if necessary. Demonstrating a passion for agency life, you’ll believe in inclusivity and an appreciation of the importance of culture and the KISS values with a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You’ll need to demonstrate your organisation within the role, managing all files efficiently and accurately within the KISS system and processes, constructing master templates for use throughout the agency and putting together internal guidelines for artwork.

Confident in communication

You may be presenting final ideas to colleagues and will need to be comfortable and able to develop and main strong working relationships. Experience within art working in a fast-paced, (agency preferred) creative and commercial environment will be key.

You’ll have a strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking and attention to detail.

An eye for typography, composition and knowing a great colour palette. Proficient using Adobe CC suite especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential for the role. The successful applicant will be keen to develop their skills in animation – we’ll support you with training in After Effects and Premier.

A good understanding of print techniques and production, both in traditional and digital is desirable.
