Advise, mentor, inspire, troubleshoot, diplomacy, problem-solve, juggle !

Where do you get your inspiration?
Reading, listening, travelling

What brand oozes simplicity, and why?
Nespresso – I love the simple design of the products, the simple branding, the ease of ordering and the clever way they have made their shops feel like boutiques, offering a whole taste and learning experience.

What’s the best thing about working at KISS?
The culture and the people

What was the last book you read?
Me before you by Jo Jo Moyes

What would you be doing, if you weren’t doing this job?
A food critic or property developer

Where do you get your news?
Multiple places: BBC News, The Conversation, Twitter, Radio 4 & The Times

What inspired you to get into PR?
My flatmate in Hong Kong worked in PR and asked me to help out at a film premiere; PR seemed so varied and fun

Which marketing campaign has made you laugh or cry?
John Lewis Christmas adverts always bring a tear to my eye, but the new Superhumans ad for the Rio Paralympics certainly gave me goose bumps.

What area of your job is most misunderstood by other people?
Most of it!
