Anglian Water has appointed KISS Communications to work with them in the development and implementation of a new campaign that will be integral to the company’s communications platform. The account was won in a competitive four-way pitch. Mark Pendlington, Director of Corporate Affairs at Anglian Water, said: “KISS Communications stood out from all the other agencies both in terms of their understanding of what we are trying to achieve and the creative way they addressed the issues we had identified. One of the key areas of the brief was tone of voice which KISS accurately interpreted. We love the ideas the agency created, they understand our vision and there is a real synergy between us. Put simply, KISS has brought our strategy to life.” KISS Communications was established in 2007 and is already widely regarded as one of the East of England’s leading integrated agencies. Blue chip clients and successful SMEs alike have benefited from KISS’s distinctly simple, clear approach. Managing Director, Simon Fryer, is thrilled to be chosen by Anglian Water. He said: “Winning a new account is great news, but what we really enjoy is developing the relationship and gaining a deeper understanding of the issues and then being involved in shaping and implementing campaigns, in this case helping Anglian Water meet its vision.” He continued, “Anglian Water is the largest water and wastewater company in England and Wales and has over 5 million domestic and commercial customers in the East of England and Hartlepool. Being part of the team responsible for creating, branding and delivering the campaign that will be fundamental to the future direction of the business is very exciting and we are looking forward to working on the significant challenges that lay ahead. ” The KISS team will be led bySimon Fryerwho will be working on Anglian Water’s strategy, Creative Directors,Richard Bland and Phil Morley and supported by lead Account Manager, Hannah Rimmer.
