Health Enterprise East (HEE), providers of technology advisory and innovation management services to the NHS, will be hosting its 11th HEE Innovation Awards on the 20th September. The awards dinner held at the Sturmer Hall Hotel, celebrates the best in health and care innovation from across the region.
Receiving over 90 entries already, this year's competition is open to all NHS staff of HEE’s member organisations as well as innovative SMEs across the East of England, East Midlands and London who have a new product or service which will benefit patients and improve healthcare delivery.
Winners of each category stand to share a record prize fund of £18,000 which can be used towards the further development of their winning innovation.
This year’s categories include:
- Medical Technology
- Service Improvement
- Innovation in Primary Care
- Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME’s) Innovation
- Diabetes – Supported by a sponsorship from Roche Diabetes Care Limited
- Clinical Entrepreneur of the Year – Supported by the Eastern AHSN
