A vibrant hub for the entire UK telecoms industry
Brief
To design and develop an engaging website to represent the entire UK telecoms industry. The site needs to be capable of presenting a vast quantity of information and be easily navigable for a diverse user base while remaining easy to manage and update.
Solution
KISS put user experience at the heart of this project. We began by creating and ranking simple user stories, setting out each user’s unique needs. This allowed us to design the user interface needed to support their journeys. The resulting site has an intuitive structure allowing easy navigation through well-presented, dynamic content, combined with a bold and striking design and importantly a user-friendly back-end to allow pain-free admin.

An eye-catching site worthy of representing the UK telecoms industry - one of the biggest telecoms industries in the world! A vast and technically complex site with an outstanding user experience. Accomplished with an easy to use CMS which means a great user experience for those keeping the site up to date.
