Developing and implementing a marketing strategy
Vox SP approached KISS to develop a marketing strategy that would leverage relationships with global companies and align with their wider business goals.
A period of market immersion kick-started the project, with KISS interviewing several key stakeholders to ascertain perceptions of the company when compared with competitors. Once we had this insight, we facilitated a brand articulation workshop with the Vox SP team to articulate its USP and capture the cutting-edge innovative solutions it has to offer.
New strategic positioning
We developed a marketing strategy identifying two pillars of activity to achieve a positive reputation and loyalty to the brand. Firstly, we identified a new strategic positioning, ‘The Science of POP’, which conveyed Vox’s unique brand purpose of transforming the world of POP. The new brand identity was implemented across a range of touchpoints from printed collateral and sales presentations to a new multilingual website – all designed by KISS
Raising awareness with thought-leadership content
The second pillar of activity we recommended was building brand awareness to generate new business leads. We developed thought-leadership content that we then used to populate the website and social media channels, using a combination of organic and paid-for content to help the brand elevate its position and highlight how different it is from other POP companies.
Building brand equity
We continue to implement the marketing strategy to build brand equity and awareness – KISS writes monthly case studies and web articles that are shared across Vox SP’s primary social channel, LinkedIn, in order to drive users to the Vox SP website.
