Richard has spent more than 25 years leading digital businesses, teams and projects. He began his career at Reading Room in London, progressing from Project Manager to Managing Director of the agency's London office, where he oversaw multidisciplinary teams and the delivery of complex digital programmes for public and private sector organisations.
In 2005, Richard founded Isle Interactive, growing the agency over the next 17 years and leading the successful delivery of hundreds of digital projects across education, publishing, technology and professional services. As founder and Commercial Director, he was responsible for strategy, operations, client relationships, commercial performance and team development.
Since joining KISS, Richard has played a key role in the agency's evolution. As Director & Principal Consultant, he works closely with clients to shape digital strategies, define complex projects and align technology investment with organisational goals. He also provides leadership across the agency's digital capability, helping to guide delivery, strengthen operational effectiveness and support new business development.
Drawing on experience gained across agency leadership, consultancy and digital delivery, Richard brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to every engagement. He enjoys helping organisations navigate complexity, build confidence in digital decision-making and create the conditions for successful outcomes.
