Sue has worked as a brand strategist and leadership consultant for the past 20 years with clients spanning private and public sectors.
At KISS she leads the Bayer team, as well as working on a range of projects for Cambridge University Press, Cambridge University’s Institute of Continuing Education and Treatt.
After completing her degree at Cambridge University, Sue began her career in advertising as a graduate trainee at Ogilvy where she worked on integrated multi-media campaigns for Unilever Foods, Dove and Ford.
Sue’s varied career has led her to work on a large number of leading brands including BUPA, GlaxoSmithKline, General Mills, Dairy Crest, Selfridges, Harrods, The Body Shop, Currys, Recycle for London, The Environment Agency and the University of Sussex.
In 2008 she trained as an organisational coach at Ashridge Hult Business School and has in-depth expertise in vision, values and purpose, cultural change and leadership development. She is also an accredited practitioner of MBTI Step 1 and has worked with leaders and teams, focusing extensively on personality type.
