Claire has over 15 years’ industry experience working both client side and in creative agencies across a range of industries including financial services, retail, tech and not-for-profit. Most recently she was Head of Client Services for an independent creative agency in London where she led the agency’s government work.
Prior to that she worked at JWT (now Wunderman Thompson), heading up the Canon EMEA account to deliver digitally-led campaigns across 120 different territories. Other clients have included Legal & General and the British Army. Claire has a Master’s degree in Marketing and started her career client side before joining the client services teams of agencies in Northern Ireland.
Claire comes from an integrated background with a focus on public service advertising and behaviour change. She leads on a range of brand, digital and new business projects.
