James joins us after completing an MSC in Brand Leadership at the University of East Anglia. The course was the first of its kind in the UK and attracts talent from all over the world.
His area of research involves understanding how selfimage congruence affects consumer purchasing behaviour and decision making around premium brands.
Whilst gaining a first-class management and marketing degree James built an in-depth knowledge of the continuous changes and challenges of the business world including consumer behaviour, segmenting, targeting, positioning, promotions and pricing. He has great insight into the theoretical frameworks that underpin how organisations respond to market demand and how brands build their equity.
James is hoping to become a brand strategist; he has worked in consumer facing roles for national brands and has undertaken projects for various London branding agencies. He has lived, worked and studied in Norwich his entire life but, despite being loving the city, has plunged down the A11 to get a taste of agency life in Cambridge.
