Lacey joined KISS in 2014 as an Admin Apprentice, while training for her Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. She completed her diploma in March 2016, and became a permanent member of the KISS team. In this time, Lacey took on a wide variety of tasks, supporting the team across different projects including event planning and organising the office.
Keen to develop her skills further, Lacey continued her career at KISS with a desire to broaden her experience within the Account Service department.
While Lacey continues to oversee office management, she also has a key role within the KISS dedicated Customer Engagement team, acting as the key point of contact for clients using the Mapp Digital platform. Lacey has extensive customer engagement experience, having worked as part of the Pizza Hut Delivery email marketing project, following which she took a lead role managing Bacs email marketing on an ongoing basis.
Lacey has extensive experience working with the Mapp platform as well as planning, implementing and reporting best practice email campaigns. Often working under pressure and to tight deadlines, Lacey has enhanced her skills in attention to detail and prioritises her time effectively.
In addition, Lacey works with KISS clients Johnson Matthey, UNEP-WCMC and Treatt across a number of creative projects, seeing them through from brief to final artwork delivery. Lacey also has a great ability to communicate with clients, internal creatives and development teams.
Prior to starting her diploma, Lacey studied at Parkside Sixth Form College, gaining a Distinction* Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Performing Arts.
Lacey is an invaluable part of the team and holds a strong position within Account Service.
