As Junior Planner, Laura supports KISS wherever strategy challenges are concerned. She contributes to the research and discovery phase of projects, as well as market research and segmentation, marketing strategy and planning, UX and CX design and messaging strategy.

She also facilitates workshops, particularly for brand articulation, having worked with many organisations in different business sectors to help clarify their purpose.

Laura joined the KISS team in August 2016 as an intern, after finishing her BA in Sociology & Management Studies at the University of Cambridge. Her previous experience includes an internship with the PR and events team at a prestigious museum in her hometown of Malaga, Spain. This is where she quickly developed an interest in communications strategy.

In her current role, Laura has worked on a range of accounts across the science, education and technology sectors. These include Cambridge English, Cambridge University Press, Ieso Digital Health, Urban&Civic and Accountz.

Laura is especially passionate about customer experience, understanding how customers and brands interact with each other across multiple touchpoints, and how brands can leverage these relationships to influence customer loyalty.

There’s nothing Laura enjoys more than breaking down a complex business problem and doing a bit of lateral thinking to identify the most creative solution.

She loves travelling, peanut butter and complaining about the weather. She prefers a beer and a chat over a night out, and Earth, Wind & Fire over Despacito. Laura is frequently frowned upon for her choice of music and never takes charge of our Sonos system.
