Paul is a vastly experienced creative director, having worked in the UK and oversees at big global network agencies like Grey, Euro RSCG and BBDO through to smaller independent agencies like The Leith Agency and Poulters.
Throughout his career, Paul’s work has always been highly awarded at schemes such as D&AD, New York One Show, Campaign Big and Creative Circle. More recently Paul has picked up 7 Cannes Lions in the past 7 years.
Paul loves to be involved very early on in every job, researching creative territories and directions with consumers and working closely with planners to develop insightful strategies, that help to consistently deliver powerful creative ideas.
A modern, highly-motivated creative who is comfortable working in any media, The thing that still excites him is the moment you come up with that gem of an idea.
His interests outside of work are film, photography, cooking, wine, architecture, football, golf, travel and bringing up his 4 young boys!
