Paul drives KISS’s creative direction and takes the lead in raising the standard of creativity across the whole agency.

A vastly experienced creative director, he has worked in the UK and overseas at big global network agencies like Grey, Euro RSCG and BBDO as well as smaller independent agencies like The Leith Agency and Poulters.

Paul loves to be involved very early on in every job, researching creative territories and directions with consumers and working closely with planners to develop insightful strategies that help to consistently deliver powerful creative ideas.

Throughout his career, Paul’s work has always been highly awarded at schemes such as D&AD, New York One Show, Campaign Big and Creative Circle. More recently Paul has picked up seven Cannes Lions in the past seven years for his work. His experience spans brands such as Duracell, Boots, Kellogg’s and The Sunday Times, to name but a few.

A key part of Paul’s role at KISS is pushing the boundaries and helping clients understand how creativity can play a significant part in driving business success.
