New intern joins PR team

Ruth Moore has joined our three month internship programme with a specific focus on PR.

Currently in her third year at the University of Bristol studying for a degree in French and Russian, Ruth is keen to pursue a career in PR upon graduating.

A proficient linguist, Ruth has worked in a wide variety of roles specifically to improve her language skills, including work-shadowing at the United Nations in Geneva, four months at The Lizeo Online Media Group in Lyon, France working as a Marketing Assistant and a stint at a translation company, Inpuzzle in Rennes, France. Ruth also recently returned from completing a semester of study in Tomsk, Siberia, to brush up on her Russian.

We have enjoyed rapid growth over the last six months, adding Bidwells, Horizon Discovery, Cambridge Cognition, IMServ to our portfolio of clients in recent months.

Our Managing Director of PR, Justine Smith said: “We regularly take on interns at KISS and are delighted to have Ruth join the team. We love giving people the chance to experience working for a busy marketing agency and it provides a very hands-on insight into the world of consultancy. We always look to recruit interns with exceptional promise.

“Ruth is an intelligent, personable and ambitious undergraduate with an interesting and impressive portfolio of work experience.”

Our CEO, Simon Fryer along with Josef de Pfeiffer who started with us as an intern and was taken on as an account executive four months ago, were interviewed on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire last week about internships.
